John & Sean are absolute professionals! It is always great to learn something new about your drain problem and they take care to help you understand what the issue is and make sure that everything is fixed or a solution is in progress. I highly recommend John Prior and his son Sean for your sewer and drain needs! I found them using these very online reviews, and I can assure you that they live up to the glowing testaments outlined here. John first helped us out right when Covid was becoming an issue, first rooting our clogged up sewer line and clearing it of a huge amount of roots. In doing so, he found that the 100-year-old pipe near the sidewalk had all but crumbled away--something we knew was likely very close to happening due to the age, and indeed finally had. John & Sean gave us a very fair bid, and completed the work safely and carefully given the growing CA restrictions and lockdown, following all safety guidelines while making sure that the necessary work was completed and that our home would no longer experience the dreaded root-back ups. Plenty of digging was involved, but they did so carefully, replacing the driveway and landscaping that had to be uprooted so that it looked like it had never been dug out. Over the last year, John has become a trusted "expert" in my call list. I just experienced another odd leak, and he came over to diagnose it for me (non-sewer related) simply because he is a nice, caring person and member of our community. In short: The Priors are fantastic!

John and his team were stellar in quickly resolving our plumbing issue. They were responsive to our call during after hours, arrived at our house promptly, and unclogged our main pipe using a hydro-jet in very little time. He and his son were professional and incredibly friendly, and their pricing was more than fair. I would highly recommend!!

Last December I had house guests and my sewer line was completely blocked. We were unable to  use our shower, our toilets or run the water without it backing up and pouring down our driveway. John explained everything that as he completed a video inspection and cleared the blockage with a hydro jet.  Recently someone stole by sewer line cover from my side walk and John was wonderful to replace this for me.  He is reliable and I a pleasure to work and I highly recommend him.
